Medical Air Compressor

The medical air compressor is to generate high-pressure air, and perform drying, purification, and storage processes on the compressed air. The final output air meets the requirements for medical compressed air.

How it works?

The HCR-QY300 clean gas supply is equipped with two oil-free air compressors to generate high-pressure air. After the high-pressure air is produced, it first passes through an air condensation system for condensation and water removal. Following dewatering, the air enters a primary filtration stage for purification, during which the condensed water is collected and drained.

The air, after primary filtration, proceeds to a drying system where it undergoes drying and purification treatment to meet air dryness requirements. The dried gas is then stored in a high-pressure air storage tank.

Between the high-pressure storage tank and the final gas usage endpoint, a second stage and third stage filtration are designed to ensure the purity and dryness of the gas delivered to the user.

Additionally, the main unit is equipped with: An air compressor intake filter (to prevent external contaminants from entering), UV sterilization module, and negative ion sterilization module,all of which work together to maintain air cleanliness.
