Flexible endoscopes (such as gastroscopes, colonoscopes, and bronchoscopes) are essential tools for medical diagnosis and treatment. However, due to their complex structure and long, narrow lumens, inadequate cleaning and disinfection can easily turn them into the source of cross-infection.

Our Carin series endoscope reprocessors utilize flushing and spraying technologies to ensure that both the inner and outer surfaces of the endoscope are thoroughly exposed to the disinfectant. Integrated with a disinfectant management system, they simplify disinfectant handling, significantly reducing the workload for medical staff.

Automatic door and pedal switch

Disinfectant management 

• Automatically recording the usage times of disinfectant and prompt the disinfectant expiration. Automatically sampling disinfectant facilitates testing disinfectant sampling. Operator does not need to sample disinfectant manually.

All channels and surface thorough disinfection 

• Spray arms at the bottom and top of basin help ensure the exterior surface of scope, basin and lid interior surface are disinfected and cleaned. 

• Booster pump supplys effective flow pressure to flush scope channels, preventing formation of biofilm. 

• 0.2 micron filter to filter final rinsing water, avoids contamination caused by rinsing water.

Self-disinfection avoids cross infection.

• All channels and lumens are disinfected which is contacted by solutions and water during cleaning, disinfection and rinsing processes.

Water and energy saving

• Adopt center-raised design, saving energy, water and disinfectant consumption in every procedure.

Leak test over whole process

• Processor finishes leak test before scope contact with any liquid of reprocessor, like detergent, disinfectant or water. If leakage is detected, washing and disinfection process will be stopped, audio and visual alarm be emitted simultaneously.
